The seat post’s height can be properly adjusted depending on your personal riding
preference. However, it is important the safety mark cannot be exposed as this means
the seat is too high to be safe.
Loosen the screw in the middle of the stem
1. Move the stem to a certain height, and make sure the safety mark is not
exposed.
2. Fasten the screw.
A good rule of thumb is to sit on the saddle and your legs should be slightly bent
when rested on the pedals. If it is too high it can be difficult to balance when stopped
between riding.
