Wear face shield/ear protection, limit primers to 10, inform users, read instructions.
Follow precautions for seating, sizing, crimp removal, forcing, orientation, safety gate, cleaning.
Handle primers with care, avoid heat, flame, friction, electricity, impact; store safely.
Store primers in cool, dry, temperature-controlled areas, away from ignition sources and flammables.

Securely mount the CPS to a reloading bench using appropriate fasteners.
Screw the handle into the ram rotor on either side of the unit.
Select, install, and secure the correct shell holder using the retainer.
Install the shuttle hanger and correct primer conversion for the cartridge.
Orient primers anvil down and load up to 10 into the feed tube.
Move the shuttle lever to pick up and position primers for seating.
Seat the primer by operating the handle and elevator wheel.
Turn the elevator wheel to adjust primer depth by 0.001" increments.
Use calipers to measure the depth of the primer pocket.
Measure the primer thickness to determine anvil protrusion.
Use calipers to check the primer seating depth relative to the case head.
