If your Primus Iron displays ERROR 2, indicating the ironing roller temperature is above 80°C and the roller isn't rotating, first, check if the reverse operation button was accidentally pressed. If so, press it again to initiate reverse operation or press the 'Start' button for normal operation. Also, make sure that the crank for manual rotation isn't engaged or jammed. Try starting the normal operation by pressing the 'Start' button. If it doesn't work, check if the safety bar is pushed. If the issue persists, switch the machine off and on again. If it’s still not working, cool it down by using wet linen and manually rotating the handle. After it cools down below 80°C, the drive must be repaired.
