First, ensure the ignition is switched on to supply power to the cigarette lighter socket. Then, check if the AC voltage socket is working by trying another socket. Also, inspect and replace the device fuse if it's defective. If none of these steps work, the integrated mains adapter may be defective and require repair by an authorized center.
