CAUTION
Risk of burns!
The filter holder, the glass jug
and the hotplate become hot
during operation and may
cause burns if touched. The
hotplate will remain hot for
some time after switching off.
■ Only hold the glass jug by
the handle.
■ Do not touch the hotplate
when it is hot.
■ Do not touch the bottom of
the filter holder.
Requirements for safe use:
– You have read chapter „Safety“
auf Seite 4 and understand
all the safety notices.
– The appliance is set up as pre-
viously described.

You will find the markings ‘2’, ‘4’
and ‘6’ on the glass jug (9) and the
viewing window (6). These stand
for the corresponding quantities of
coffee. The ‘6’ mark must never be
exceeded.
1. Fill the glass jug (9) with the
desired quantity of fresh, cold
tap water.
2. Open the water tank lid (4).
3. Pour the water from the glass
jug into the water tank (5).
4. Close the water tank lid.
5. Place the glass jug on the hot-
plate (11).
