You MUST send in the following: Proof of purchase (store receipt), your contact information, a description of the problem,
and your nonworking product.
NOTE: You MUST register your product before requesting service. Registration must take place within 2 weeks
of purchase. You may also complete registration and send with the above items (within 2 weeks of purchase). If you do not
