What to do if my Pro-Lift Jacks leaks fluid while lowering?
    • S
      Shelley ThomasAug 3, 2025
If fluid leaks from the reservoir area while lowering your Pro-Lift jack, or if the jack saddle won't descend to the lowest advertised height, it could be due to an overfilled reservoir. Drain the fluid to the proper level. If the ram plunger/cylinder is deformed or seized, likely from off-center loading, contact Customer Support.

Why Pro-Lift F-2332 Jacks saddle will not remain lowered after released?
    • H
      hcardenasAug 9, 2025
If the jack saddle of your Pro-Lift jack creeps up after being released from contact with the load, it might be due to air trapped in the system. If the jack saddle is not in contact with a lifted load, remove the jack and follow the instructions on page 4 for bleeding air from the system. If there is loaded contact between the saddle and a raised vehicle, STOP, use another jack to raise the vehicle high enough to reinstall jack stands. Remove the affected jack and jack stands. Then, using a functioning jack, lower the load and follow the instructions on page 4 for bleeding air from the system.

Why is my Pro-Lift F-2332 Jacks having poor lift performance?
    • M
      Michael HendersonAug 16, 2025
If your Pro-Lift jack isn't lifting properly, make sure the fluid level is correct. Also, there might be air trapped in the system. With the saddle fully lowered, follow the instructions on page 4 for bleeding air. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the hydraulic unit may be malfunctioning, and you should contact Customer Support.

How to fix a Pro-Lift F-2332 that will not lift load?
    • J
      Jessica SmithAug 22, 2025
If your Pro-Lift jack won't lift the load, ensure the release valve is tightly closed by turning it clockwise until you feel firm resistance using the provided handle. If the load is still too heavy, you will need to use a jack with a higher capacity.
