Why won't my Pro Mach ORION Sentry LP machine start?

  Your Pro Mach Stretch Wrapping Systems machine might not start because: * The E-stop button is pressed. If this is the case, release the E-stop button. * The carriage obstacle detect switch or carriage door open switch located on the bottom of the carriage is pressed. Ensure the bottom of the carriage isn't pressing on any obstructions and that the carriage door is closed. * The machine isn't plugged in or the power switch is off. Plug in the machine and turn the Power On/Off Switch to the On position.

  If the turntable on your Pro Mach Stretch Wrapping Systems machine isn't turning, it could be due to a couple of reasons: * The turntable speed is set too low. Adjust the turntable speed on the HMI. * The carriage obstacle detect switch or carriage door open switch located on the bottom of the carriage is pressed. Make sure that the bottom of the carriage isn't pressing on any obstructions and the carriage door is closed.

  If the carriage continues too far past the top of the load on your Pro Mach Stretch Wrapping Systems, it means that the photocell delay setting found on the Top Wraps Modification Screen is set too high. Decrease the photocell delay.
