How to fix a flashing E-stop on Pro Mach Orion CTS Flex Stretchwrapper?
- AAlexandria HenryAug 18, 2025
The E-stop may be flashing on your Pro Mach Stretch Wrapping Systems due to several reasons: * The E-Stop circuit might be activated because the E-stop is depressed. To resolve this, perform the E-Stop reset sequence: Reset all safety features, pull the E-Stop to the OUT position, press the Green Start Button, and then press the Cycle Reset button on the screen. * The safety photocells might not be aligned. Re-align the photocells with their respective reflectors, and then perform an E-Stop Reset. * The wiring or components in the E-stop circuit may be compromised or have failed. In these cases, refer to the electrical schematic for wiring layout and wire numbers to diagnose and fix the issue.
