Setting Up and Using a Lancing Device

Unscrew the cap.
Insert a new lancet into
the lancing device.
Twist off the cap on the
lancet and save it for
later use. Replace the
lancing device cap.
Set the lancing level.
Level 5: deepest penetration
Level 1: least penetration
Cock the lancing device.

Press the release button
to puncture the skin.
Slide the eject button to
eject the lancet. Discard
the lancet according to
local safety regulations.
*Do not reuse lancets.
Unscrew the lancing
device cap then replace
the lancet cap onto the
lancet.
WARNING:
• Never share a lancet or lancing device.
• Always use a new, sterile lancet.
• Lancets are for single use only.
