How to fix control solution test out of range on Prodigy Blood Glucose Meter?
    • B
      Brittney JohnsonJul 27, 2025
If your control solution test is out of range, several factors could be the cause. Carefully read the instructions and repeat the test. Ensure the control solution bottle is shaken vigorously before testing. Check the expiration date of the control solution; if it's expired, discard it. Also, make sure the control solution is at room temperature (less than 86°F/30°C) before testing, and repeat the test with a new test strip.

What to do if Prodigy Pocket Blood Glucose Meter test does not start after applying the sample?

      gsantosAug 5, 2025
If the test doesn't start after you apply your sample, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure you are using enough blood; try again with a new test strip and a larger sample. The test strip may also be defective, so try a new one. Make sure to apply the sample only when the flashing drop symbol appears on the display, as the meter might have shut off automatically before you applied the sample.

      Selena TranAug 15, 2025
If your meter isn't displaying a message after inserting a test strip, it might be due to a few reasons. Check if the battery is exhausted and replace it if needed. Also, ensure the battery is correctly installed. Make sure you're inserting the test strip properly, with the correct end entering the port first.
