If the power and heater switches are in the ON position, and the thermostat is at the highest level, but the heater isn't working, the thermal protector may have tripped. To resolve this, turn all switches to the OFF position and unplug the unit from the wall outlet for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, plug it back in and operate as normal.
