Q: How often should I replace my filters?
A: 3-12 months depending on use and the
state of your home. Most people will need
replacement filters around 6 months but if
you live in an exceptionally dusty
environment or have multiple shedding furry
friends you will want to change them more
frequently.
Q: Why is my vacuum not picking up?
A: The dirt bin is full, or there is a clog in the
system somewhere. Empty the dirt bin and
check the suction directly at the vacuum inlet
port. Then check the wand and power head
for clogs and remove as necessary.
