The appliance has 4 pre-programmed
MAIN PROGRAMS
for special suction inter-
vals, using which most of the desired massage types can be carried out.
PROGRAM M
The treatment is set to alternate between 0.75 seconds suction and 0.75 seconds
inactivity. During the inactive phase, you must move the suction cup in a neighbou-
ring, but not overlapping area. Always ensure that the suction cup is never placed
on an area that has just been treated.
PROGRAM 1
The treatment is set to alternate between 2.5 seconds suction and 2.5 seconds inac-
tivity. During the inactive phase, you must move the suction cup in a neighbouring,
but not overlapping area. Always ensure that the suction cup is never placed on an
area that has just been treated.
PROGRAM 2
The treatment is set to alternate between 3.5 seconds suction and 3.5 seconds inac-
tivity. During the inactive phase, you must move the suction cup in a neighbouring,
but not overlapping area. Always ensure that the suction cup is never placed on an
area that has just been treated.
PROGRAM 3
The treatment is continuous: suction will therefore be constant and continues;
suction can be stopped manually by pressing the safety button which is on the
back of the appliance (G) or by turning the unit to OFF.
THE USE OF THE VARIOUS PROGRAMS DEPENDS ON THE PART OF THE BODY
THAT IS TO BE TREATED.
On saggy areas of the skin, on the face and neck, on a hanging stomach and in
all particularly sensitive areas, use at least for the initial treatments
ONLY
PROGRAM M
. When you are familiar with the appliance and its correct use, and
know how your body will react, you can switch over to
PROGRAM 1
.
PROGRAM 2 is reserved for those parts of the body that are taut and firm.
PROGRAM 3 (constant and continuous suction) allows adjusting the
massage to your personal preferences; but ensure that you have attained
the necessary ability and experience and remember that you can disable
the suction pressure only as described above by pressing the safety
button or switching off the appliance.
ALWAYS start with the lowermost power level. You can increase it once you
have experience with the appliance and know how it can best be used.

LOW
(weaker suction)
