MACHINE ASSEMBLY
MOUNTING THE FRONT BUMPER
Mount the front bumper onto the
bottom of the frame using the four M8 x
25 (3) Bolts and four M8 (2) Nuts.
The front bumper is typically pre-
installed before shipping.
MOUNTING THE MULCHING KIT
NOTE: The mulching kit can be
assembled on the cutting deck with
either the discharge chute in place or
removed. When keeping the discharge
chute in place, rotate the cute up and
proceed to Step B.
A. To remove the discharge chute,
remove one of the cotter pins (2) and
pull out the pin (4). Replace the pin
and lock it into place by replacing the
cotter pin. Be sure to store the torsion
spring with the discharge chute for
reassembly.
B. Attach the mulch cover (1) by slipping
the top locking hook (A) under the
installed pin (4) and rotating the
cover downward.
C. Lock the mulch cover (1) in place by
fastening the metal buckles (6 & 7)
on both sides of the mulching cover
into the corresponding slots located
on the cutting deck (5).
