3. Do not start mowing if the blades vibrate or if you are unsure whether they are
sharp enough.
Always Remember That:
1. A badly sharpened blade pulls at the grass and causes the lawn to turn yellow.
2. A loose blade causes unwanted vibrations and can be dangerous.
Do not use the machine if you are unsure whether it is working safely or
efciently. If in doubt, contact your authorized service provider immediately to make the
necessary checks and repairs.
STARTING THE RIDING MOWER
This mower is equipped with a Safety Interlock System designed for the
protection of the operator. Do not operate the mower if any part of the system is
malfunctioning. Periodically check the function of the Safety Interlock System for
proper operation.
For personal safety, the operator must be sitting in the seat when
starting the riding mower.
Operate the machine at a temperature range between 41° and 95° F (5° -
35° C)
Fully charge batteries before the rst time you use the mower.
TO START THE RIDING LAWN MOWER, FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. Unplug the charger and close the Charging Port Cover completely.
2. Sit in the riding mower’s operator’s seat.
3. Make sure that the Blades Start / Stop Knob (PTO) is in the OFF position.
4. Turn the Key Switch to the position (Be sure that your foot is not on the either
the Forward or Reverse Pedal before turning the Switch Key). Once the Key Switch
is engaged the Battery Charge Level and Fault Warning (LCD) will turn on.
5. Release the Parking Brake Handle.
TO STOP THE RIDING LAWN MOWER, FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. Disengage the blades by pressing the Blade Start / Stop Knob (PTO) down.
2. Engage the Park Brake Handle.
3. Turn the Key Switch to the position and remove the Key.
Always remove the key from the key switch to prevent accidental starting or
battery discharge if the machine is left unattended.
