Troubleshooting
Prospera Mini Massager PL002 is a user friendly product. Follow the operating
manual to have it work properly. However, if the following situations happen, please
take the recommended troubleshooting procedures:
1. If the vibration head of the product becomes loose, stop using it immediately.
Report the problem to the dealer or Prospera if the product is under warranty.
2. If the product is not working, please check the batteries.
