How to fix a Protocol Galileo Quadcopter that does not respond?
    • S
      smillerJul 27, 2025
If your Protocol Galileo Quadcopter isn't responding, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, the communication between the controller and the aircraft might not have been synchronized properly during setup. To fix this, turn on the controller, then turn on the aircraft and place it on level ground. Move the throttle stick all the way forward, then all the way back. Alternatively, the battery power on either the aircraft or the controller might be depleted. Make sure to charge the aircraft and/or replace the batteries in the controller.

Dr. Amanda Myers MDAug 9, 2025
If your Protocol Galileo Quadcopter is not hovering or strafing correctly, there are a couple of things to check: * The aircraft might not have been on level ground during synchronization. Try re-synchronizing the aircraft and controller. * The trim settings could be incorrect. Reset the trim buttons on the controller and re-trim the flight controls.
