Fault
This indicator turns on when a fault occurs.
See the table “DISPLAY CODES” for the fault codes F01 - F04.
Full
The battery is fully charged and the charger can be disconnected: Disconnect the charger
from the mains. Disconnect the black and red clips from the terminals of the battery.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
STANDBY:
The charger is in standby-mode.
CHECK:
The Battery is being checked before
charging begins.
VOLTAGE:
The battery voltage is displayed in
battery-test-mode.
CURRENT:
The charging current is displayed in
charging-mode.
FAULT 01
a. No connection to the battery terminal
b. Short circuit in connection
c. Reverse polarity connection
Recheck and reconnect the
clamp to the battery terminal.
FAULT 02
Charging: A clamp has loosened during
charging. Charging stops and a beep
alarm will be given in 25seconds.
Recheck all connections and
restart the charging process.
FAULT 03
a) 24V battery applied in 12V charge
mode
b) 12V battery applied in 24V charge
mode
Switch-off and unplug the
charger and apply the correct
settings.
FAULT 04
The battery can’t be recovered.
The battery is potentially
broken. Consult with battery
manufacture or dealer.
REPAIR:
The charger is trying to repair the battery.
FULL:
The battery is fully charged. A constant
voltage is applied to keep the battery in a
full charged condition.
