Position the lower bearing of the blade guide in the foremost position for diamond blades.
Adjust bearing clearance so the diamond coated band fits between the bearings.
Mount and carefully tension the diamond band to be driven without over-stretching.
Position the guide component directly above the workpiece before starting to saw.
Ensure a sensitive feed when sawing. Minimum sawing radius is 30mm.
