What to do if only one channel is working on my PROZIS Speakers?
If both speakers have connected with the BT device but only one channel is working, it may be due to a bad BT connection. To resolve this, remove “Prozis split” from your smartphone BT list and switch off the speakers. Then, reconnect both speakers following the provided TWS Connection instructions.
