STEP 1
Lay on your stomach. Place the peaks long ways
to the top of your thigh muscles.
STEP 2
Turn your PSO-SPINE perpendicular to the side
of your thigh. Roll side to side searching for
those tender areas.
STEP 3
Place your PSO-SPINE on your inner thigh just
inside your knee. Try and straighten your leg
slowly.
STEP 4
Place your PSO-SPINE long ways on the outer
part of your thigh. Roll left and right. Switch
sides and repeat the process.

TIP
During the massage focus on deep breathing. Find pressures you are comfortable with. If there is too much discomfort in an area try massaging
on a bed or use the PSO-MINI. Stay in a position between 5 - 60 sec depending on the issue. Listen to your body and don’t overdo it.
