STEP 1
While sitting on the ground or in a chair.
Keeping your leg bent, bring your knee to
your chest. Roll up and down your hamstring
searching for tender areas.
STEP 2
Place your foot on a step or balance on the
opposite leg. Bring your bent knee toward
your chest. Roll up and down your hamstring
searching for tender areas.
