Caution:
1) This smartwatch is not a medical device.
2) A Thin Transparent Protective Film Covers the Sensor at the Backside of the Dial, protecting the Sensor Glass
from scratches.
3) Brand has changed smartwatch operating system wef. 01-09-2022.
Charging the Smartwatch
1. Turn OFF the Smartwatch before Charging.
2. Put the smartwatch on the charging adapter and gently push the dial down to make sure that the 2 small round
charging contacts at the backside of the dial are touching the 2 charging points in the adapter. It's a completely
sealed system free of exposed contacts. Plug the USB end of the cable into a DC5V/1A power source.
3. When the smartwatch is fully charged, remove the watch from charging and unplug the USB charging cable
from the power source.
Note: You can directly check the charging by pressing the crown-like button on the right side of the dial. Pressing
once will show the charging status on the display.
Downloading the Mobile App - pTron Fit+
1. For downloading the App, open Google Playstore or Apple Store on your device and search for 'pTron Fit+'
Please download the App and install it on device.
OR
1. Switch on the smartwatch, tap once on display, then slide the screen 5 times from bottom to top. You will see
an icon with the name 'QR code' and a QR code.
2. Just tap once on the QR code icon to open the mobile app QR on the screen. Scan the QR on your mobile
phone.
3. After scanning you will see a web page i.e https://ptron.in/pages/ptron-app-for-smartwatches
Scan the QR code as per your device's operating system - Android or iOS.
Just click on this link and you will get app download option for both Android as well as iOS.
Pairing
1. Post mobile App installation, open the App, and set up your profile.
2. Go to the smartwatch option and there you will find "Bind device".
3. Click on "Bind device" then select your smartwatch.
4. By doing this your smartwatch will get paired with your smartphone.

Function Description:

The pTron Force X10 serves as a comprehensive fitness tracker, monitoring steps, training activities, and sleep patterns. It also includes health monitoring features such as heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen (SpO2) measurements, though these are not for medical diagnosis. For communication, the smartwatch supports Bluetooth calling, allowing users to make and answer calls directly from the watch when paired with a smartphone. It can store up to 8 frequent contacts for quick dialing. Additionally, it offers remote control for music playback on the paired smartphone and can display notifications for calls, SMS, and various social media apps like WeChat, QQ, Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Other utility features include a dialer, phone book, stopwatch, "Find Phone" function, message history, weather display, camera remote control, and a voice assistant (Google & Siri) activation. The device also includes various customizable settings such as menu style, language, time/date format, backlight time, and vibration control.

Usage Features:

• Charging: The smartwatch should be turned off before charging. It uses a charging adapter with two small round contacts that connect to the backside of the dial. The USB end of the cable connects to a DC5V/1A power source. A quick press of the crown button shows charging status.
• App Download: The "pTron Fit+" app can be downloaded from Google Playstore or Apple Store. Alternatively, a QR code for the app can be accessed on the smartwatch by sliding the screen 5 times from bottom to top, tapping the 'QR code' icon, and scanning it with a mobile phone.
• Pairing: After installing the "pTron Fit+" app and setting up a profile, users can go to the smartwatch option in the app, select "Bind device," and choose their smartwatch to pair it with their smartphone.
• Audio Connectivity: To enable Bluetooth calling, users must turn on the smartwatch display, open Bluetooth on their smartphone, search for "pTron Audio" in the device list, and connect to it. For clearer voice capture during calls, the smartwatch should be kept closer to the mouth.
• Phone Calls: Once connected, the smartwatch can be used to make and answer calls. Up to 8 frequent contacts can be saved via the mobile app for quick access on the watch.
• Music Player: The smartwatch can remotely control the music player on a smartphone, offering play/pause, next song, and previous song options. Music can be listened to on the watch when connected via Bluetooth Mode to "pTron_Audio."
• Health Tracking:
  • Steps, Training, Stand: Automatically tracked and viewable on the watch and in the "pTron Fit+" app (daily, weekly, monthly details).
  • Sleep: Tracks hours slept and sleep quality when worn properly before sleeping. It automatically enters sleep mode at 10:00 PM and records sleep if it's more than 4 hours.
  • Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, SpO2: Tap on the respective function icons to start measurement. The optical sensor on the backside of the dial will flash green light. Data is viewable on the watch.
• Sports Modes: Offers 8 exercise modes (Running, Bike Riding, Jumping Jack, Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Tennis, Football) with individual icons and details on the smartwatch. Proper wearing is essential for accurate data.
• Camera Remote: To use, the mobile phone must be unlocked. On the smartwatch, select the Camera option, then "Start." The phone's camera will open, and pictures can be captured by turning the wrist or tapping "Start" on the watch.
• Voice Assistant: Turn on the display, slide the screen top to bottom, tap the Mic icon, and speak to activate Google or Siri.
• Mobile App Features ("pTron Fit+"):
  • Home: Displays distance, calories, and goal data. Detailed step summaries are available.
  • Health Report: Requires clicking "Reevaluate" and filling details to view Health Index, BMI, and Body Fat rate.
  • Healthy Habits: Allows users to add and track healthy habits.
  • Sports: Features Walk, Run, and Riding options. Users can choose a sport, start tracking, and view GPS data (requires login), Average Pace, Total time, and Heat consumption.

    • Brightness Control: Includes "wrist sense" option to activate the screen via wrist movement, with customizable start and end times.
    • Disturb: "Do Not Disturb" mode to disable notifications, with customizable start and end times.
    • Alarm: Up to 8 alarms can be set.
    • Sedentary Reminder: Customizable reminder with start (08:00) and end (22:00) times.
    • Find: Vibrates the smartwatch for 10 seconds; can be stopped from the watch.
    • Message Push Setting: Enable notifications for calls, SMS, and various social media apps.
