The Pulsar® Syndr™ Dry Herb Vaporizer is a portable device designed for vaporizing dry herbs, offering a user-friendly experience with multiple heat settings and convenient maintenance features.
The Syndr™ vaporizer operates by heating dry herbs to a user-selected temperature, producing vapor rather than smoke. Before first use, the device requires a full charge. The charging port is discreetly located underneath a silicone cover near the power button. To access it, the cover is pulled down from the top and pivoted aside. The device charges via an included USB-C cable and compatible charging brick, indicated by a red light during charging and a green light when fully charged. Once charged, the cable should be unplugged, and the port covered.
Upon initial use, it is recommended to run a heating cycle without any material in the chamber. This "burn-off" cycle helps eliminate any manufacturing residue that might affect the taste or smell of subsequent sessions.
To load the device, the bottom heating chamber is opened by pushing one side with a thumb. The chamber should be filled to the top of the stainless steel chamber, which represents the maximum fill capacity. After loading, the bottom chamber is replaced.
To power on the device, the power button, located just below the charging cover and marked with the Pulsar insignia, must be held for 5 seconds. The device provides haptic feedback (vibration) and a pulsating light to indicate that it is heating up to the preferred temperature, a process that takes approximately 30 seconds.
The Syndr™ offers four distinct heat settings, each indicated by a different colored light:
Users can cycle through these settings by pressing the power button once for each desired heat setting. Once a setting is selected, the device will heat to that temperature. The unit vibrates twice when it reaches the set temperature, and the Pulsar insignia light will turn a solid color (instead of flashing) to indicate that the pre-heat cycle is complete and the vape session can begin. When the device is powered on again after a previous use, it will default to the last heat setting. To change the setting, users follow the same instructions. To end a session before the timer expires, the button must be held down for 5 seconds to power off the device.
The device includes a vape timer: 3 minutes for the Yellow, Green, and Blue settings, and 2 minutes for the Red setting. If a session is not completed within this time, users can remove the bottom connector and stir the material with the included stir/brush tool. The device does not support pass-through charging, meaning it cannot be used while plugged in and charging. For optimal efficiency, it is recommended to allow the unit to cool completely between sessions.
