Open dispenser by pressing
release buttons on either side
of dispenser and sliding front
cover down.
Insert refill. You will hear an
audible “click.”
Close dispenser cover. The LED
light will indicate the refill is
accepted. After 7 seconds, single
green light will indicate the
dispenser is ready to activate.

(A) Press green release latch to
remove the refill (B) by pulling
it up.
(A) Grab refill collar from below
battery. (B) Pull straight
upward to remove.
Dispose/recycle PET bottle.
Remove the battery cover by
depressing the tabs. Note: at
least one tab needs to be
depressed to remove the
battery cover (circled above).
(A) Pull out battery cover,
then (B)
remove AA battery and dispose
in accordance with federal, state,
and local regulations.

accidental actuation.
Routinely wipe dispensers
with a soft, moist cloth.
Pay special attention
to cleaning under the
dispenser or push bar, as
product may build up in
this area.
Do not use abrasive
cleaners or chemical
solvents** to clean. Use
of hospital-approved
disinfectant and other
typical cleaning solutions
is acceptable.

**Abrasive cleaners will scratch the plastic and labeling. Strong
chemical solvents can dull the plastic.

= dead auxiliary battery
Red / Green alternating flashes
= system fault (replace dispenser)
