It may be time to replace the filter cartridge, which can be purchased from distribution agencies. Ensure the tap is fully open to allow sufficient water flow. If the water supply line is frozen, defrost it before use. Also, if the cleaning indicator light is on, perform a cleaning cycle.

  If you observe a white floating object or a thin layer on the inner wall of the alkaline water container in your PurePro Water Dispenser, this is typically due to crystal formation (the solid form of calcium), resulting from a reaction between Calcium ions and Carbon Dioxide in the air. To remove the thin layer, clean the container with vinegar.
