Balancedvs.Unbalanced
Balancedlines are made specifically for reducingaudiointerference and noise rejection. The rule ofthumb says, the longer thecable,the
morenoiseyouraudiosignalislikelytoencounter.Youraudiocableactsasanantennaandhastheabilitytopickupneighboringfrequencies,
andotherenvironmentalfactors,thatmayinterferewiththewayyoursoundperforms.The'noise'thatcanaffectyouraudiosignalsinclude
electromagnetic sound waves that are generated by devices like neighboring sound processors, computers, fans, motors, etc. Therefore,
balancedlinesarethebestoptionforrunninglongcablethroughyouraudioequipment.However,if
