Press the activation button to activate QardioBase X.
This is only needed the rst time you turn on
QardioBase X.
Open the rubber ap on the right hand side of your
QardioBase X. Move the switch from right to left to turn
QardioBase X on. You only need to switch on
QardioBase X the rst time you activate your scale.

1. Download the free Qardio App: on your mobile
phone or tablet go to
www.qardio.com/download and when prompted,
USING QARDIOBASE X FOR THE FIRST TIME
download the app. Alternatively, go on the iTunes
App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the Qardio App on your phone or tablet. If
requested, you should enable Bluetooth on your
device. You can enable Bluetooth in the Settings
menu on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Create a new user account, or login with your
existing user name and password. If you are a new
user, follow the on-screen instructions to register
and set up your Qardio personal prole. Ensure you
enter the details in your prole correctly as they are
used to accurately calculate your BMI and body
composition. Choose QardioBase X as your device
to proceed with setup.
4. Follow the set-up instructions in the Qardio App to
associate your QardioBase X with your Qardio
account.
