HOW TO TURN QARDIOBASE X ON/OFF
To turn on QardioBase X step on it, or tap it with your
foot. The device turns itself off automatically after a
few seconds of inactivity.
ACTIVATING SPECIAL MODE
You select the mode of measurement during set-up.
Alternatively, you can go into the Settings section of
the Qardio App and scroll down to QardioBase X,
select “Mode setup.”
Normal Mode
“Normal Mode” will perform body weight measurement
and body composition analysis. In this mode
QardioBase X will display weight rst by default,
followed by % body fat. If you have shoes on,
QardioBase X will only display your weight. To take an
accurate body composition measurement ensure you
are completely barefoot. The Qardio App will show
detailed body composition data, including weight, %
body fat, % muscle mass, % water, % bone mass and
BMI.
