Adjusting the telescopic tube
The telescopic tube (14) has an inner and outer tube.
■ Slide the Telescopic tube release button (15) in the
direction of the arrow marked on the button and hold
it while you adjust the telescopic tube to the desired
length (Fig. 4).
■ Release the button to lock the tubes into place.
WARNING: Make sure that the dust bag and lters are properly installed in
place before using the vacuum cleaner.

Plugging
■ Pull the power cord to the desired length (Fig. 5).
■ Then insert the plug rmly into a power outlet of
matching voltage.
CAUTION: Do not pull the cord further than the
red mark to avoid damage.

Turning on
■ Press the Power button (10) gently with your foot to turn
the vacuum cleaner on (Fig. 6).
Turning o, unplugging and rewinding the cord
Once nished using the appliance:
1. Press the Power button (10) gently with your foot to turn
the vacuum cleaner o (Fig. 6).
2. Remove the plug from the power outlet.
3. Hold the plug and press the Cord rewind button (5) gently
with your foot to rewind the cord automatically. Guide the
cord with your hand to prevent the plug and cord to whip
when rewinding.
