4.12 STEERING LOCK
To activate the steering lock, proceed as follows:
• With the handlebar straight, push the parking brake lever «1»
downwards.
• Turn the handlebar «2» fully to the left.
• Push and rotate the ignition key to the «LOCK» positionand remove
it.
• The lever «1» remains locked until the steering lock has been
disengaged and the handlebar has been brought to a straight
position.

4.13 IGNITION SWITCH
The ignition switch is located at the centre of the inner leg shield and is a
5 position key-operated switch. By rotating the key, it is possible to turn
the switch to any of the following positions:
«OFF»: the engine cannot be started.
«ON»: the engine can be started.
«LOCK»: the steering is locked and the engine may not be started.
«ON/C»: seat opening.
«ON/S»: fuel cap flap opening.
