INSTALLATION
Do not swap the battery leads. Reconnect the battery,
positive lead first.
• Place the battery in the battery case.
• Reconnect the positive lead «+» and then the negative lead «-».
• Apply a light coat of grease to the terminals to prevent corrosion.
• Refit the retaining bracket «B» and secure it with the fixing screw
Battery: 12V – 12 Ah
BATTERY CHARGING
This vehicle is fitted with a sealed (maintenance-free) battery. Only use a suitable charger.
Do not attempt to remove the cell caps as this may damage the battery.
• Extract the battery from its case.
• Recharge the battery with a current equal to 1/10 of the battery’s rating for no longer than 10 hours.
Battery voltage: 12V
It is highly recommended that you have these operations performed by an authorised service
centre or qualified personnel.
