To avoid burns, do not remove the expansion tank filler
cap when the engine is still hot.
If the coolant level drops below the LOW mark, allow the engine to cool
down, lift the footrest mat «2», and remove the expansion tank «3» filler
cap «1».
Coolant fluid:: CUNA NC 956-16
If you find yourself having to frequently top up the coolant level, you
must have an Authorised Service Centre carefully inspect your
vehicle’s cooling system.
6.13 BRAKE FLUIDI
LEVEL CHECKS
You must always check the brake fluid level before riding and in accor-
dance with the scheduled maintenance chart. Please note that the level
of the fluid inside the reservoirs will decrease progressively as the brake
pads wear out.
Before topping up with new brake fluid, check the lining thickness of the
brake pad. If this is found to be below the minimum, please contact your
nearest Authorised Service Centre.
Rest the vehicle on its centre stand and on level ground.
