Ensure that the brake fluid level is never below the minimum level mar-
king. (Fig. 01).
The brake fluid reservoirs are located on the handlebar; to allow access
to them, you must remove the aft handlebar cover.
The combined (front and rear) brake reservoir «1 - Fig. 01» is located
on the lefthand side, while the front brake reservoir is found on the right
hand side «2 - Fig. 01» of the handlebar.
Brake fluid is highly corrosive. Avoid any contact with
the skin and the eyes. In the event of accidental contact,
rinse thoroughly with water. Keep away from the reach
of children.
Check the brake hoses for splits, deterioration and da-
mage. Always ensure that the brake discs are not worn
and/or greasy.
TOP UP (Fif. 02)
• Remove the front handlebar cover
• Release the two reservoir cap screws «3» and detach the cover «4»
and sealing diaphragm.
• Top up with new DOT4 brake fluid from a sealed container.

Do not disperse used brake fluid in the environment.
Disposal is regulated by law.
It is highly recommended that you have these
operations performed by an authorised servi-
ce centre or qualified personnel.
