MUSIC ON HOLD
¾ Hold music selection
There are 3 adjustable melodies for selection
1. Lift the handset (off hook position) and press the HOLD button.
2. Press the OUT button to select the desired melody. The music will be played at the same time.
3. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the volume of music.
4. Press the HOLD button to quit.
When the HOLD button is pressed during a conversation the call will be placed on hold
and the other party will hear music.
Press the HOLD button again to release hold mode and continue to talk over the handset, or
Hang up the handset to enter into hands-free hold mode.
LOW BATTERY DETECTION
When the battery voltage is lower than 3.9V, the LCD displays “ ” icon to remind the user to
replace the batteries.
FLASH FUNCTION
When you dial a number but the line is busy, press the FLASH button and then press the REDIAL
button to dial the number again. The FLASH function is also used when the telephone is installed
behind a PABX to transfer a call to another extension.
BABYCALL FUNCTION
In on-hook state, press and hold the REDIAL button for 3 seconds to activate the baby call
function settings. The LCD displays BABYCALL OFF, press the REDIAL button to set it to ON,
press the SET button. The LCD displays NO CODE (or the preset baby call number, press the
DEL button to cancel), enter the baby call number using the numerical keys and press the SET
button to confirm the number.
After setting the baby call function to the ON state, press any key except for the REDIAL button or
pick up the handset and the baby call number will be dialed automatically.
When the baby call function is set to the ON state, you can still answer incoming calls.
NOTE: If you don’t use the function, activate the baby call function settings as per above
mentioned instructions and select BABYCALL OFF, then press the SET button to confirm.
LOCK
Turn the key to green, all numbers starting with “0” are locked
