Mount the Laser Head.
Use three M6 (or 1/4-20) socket-head cap screws to
secure the Laser Head to a flat mounting surface.

Circulate Coolant to Laser Head.
• Refill the coolant to reach the MAX line on the
coolant level window.
• Turn the ICE AC Mains power switch ON.
• Turn the Key Switch ON.
• The pump starts automatically and fills the
coolant lines which lowers the fluid level. Add
additional coolant as needed to refill the reservoir
to the MAX line.
• A float switch shuts off the pump when the fluid
level is too low. Press and hold the pump control
switch to continue operating the pump during filling.
• Cycle the power by turning the AC Mains switch
off and on several times to remove air bubbles
from the Laser Head.
• Add more coolant as needed to fill the reservoir to
the MAX line.
CAUTION: Do not overfill past the MAX line.
Coolant needs room to expand as system
warms up.
Purge the Laser Head Cavity
CAUTION: Ensure any air trapped inside the
Laser Head cavity is removed or damage to
the Laser Head will result.
• To remove trapped air from the cavity and coolant
tubes, tilt the Laser Head vertically while the pump
is circulating the coolant for 10 seconds.
• Turn the Key Switch off and then on again to
“cycle” (shut off and then operate) the pump.
• Examine the coolant tubes for air bubbles.
• Continue to tilt the Laser Head during pump
cycling until no air bubbles remain (about 2
minutes).
• When no more air bubbles are present, the Laser
Head is ready to be attached to your mounting
surface.
