1. Preparing the cartridge
Removetheredcapfromthecartridge.
2. Fitting the cartridge
Screwinthecartridgebyturning
itclockwiseuntilitstops.Donot
overtighten.
3. Opening the shut-o valve
Opentheshut-ovalvebyturningthe
redknobanticlockwise.
4. Flushing the cartridge
Switchonthemainwatersupplyand
checkforleaks.Plugthetankintothe
socketandturniton.Todispenseltered
waterwhenyouhaveaFlex,Fusion,or
Nordicsingletap,pushandholddown
the textured ring until the light ring turns
blue, then turn the textured ring. To
dispenselteredwaterwhenyouhave
a Front tap, turn the textured ring to the
rstclick(thelightringturnsblue).Let
thewaterrunthroughthecartridgefor
twominutesbeforeuse.Blackwaterwill
owoutinitially.Thisiscarbonresidue
fromthelterandiscompletelyharmless.
If the Cold Water Filter function is not
availableimmediately,turntheQuooker
systemoandonagain.
Using Cold Water Filter
– ThelifespanofanewColdWaterFiltercartridgeistwelvemonths.
– AftertwelvemonthstheColdWaterFilterwillautomaticallygiveanaudiblesignalafteruseof
filteredwater.
– Theflowrateofthefilteredwaterwillbesignificantlylowerthantheunfilteredwater.
