Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) environment
This equipment is for use in home healthcare
facility environment.
This equipment is not likely to cause any harmful
interference in nearby equipment; however, it can
be impaired by electromagnetic (EM) interference
emitted by other equipment, which can lead
to malfunctions. Do not use this equipment
where there is a risk that other electrical and/
or electronic equipment can interfere with this
equipment.
This equipment complies with the following
standards:
IEC 60601-1-2:2014 Medical electrical equipment
- Part 1-2: General requirements for basic safety
and essential performance - Collateral Standard:
Electromagnetic disturbances - Requirements
and tests (EN 60601-1-2:2015)
EN 12182:2012, Clause 7, Assistive products for
persons with disability – General requirements
and test methods
EMC - WARNINGS
Use of this equipment adjacent to or stacked
with other equipment should be avoided because
it could result in improper operation. If such
use is necessary, this equipment and the other
equipment should be observed to verify that they
are operating normally.
Use of accessories, transducers and cables other
than those specied or provided by R82 could
result in increased EM emission or decreased EM
immunity of this equipment and result in improper
operation. Several power plugs are supplied with
this equipment. Please use the correct power
plug suitable for your country. Please chose
among the supplied power plug adaptor units:
English, Australian, EU, US/Japanese plugs.
Portable radio frequency (RF) communication
equipment (including peripherals such as
antenna cables and external antennas) should
be used no closer than 30 cm (12 inches) to
any part of the heron w/power, including cables
specied by R82. Otherwise, degradation of the
performance of this equipment could result.
Testing for EM disturbances (EM emission and EM immunity)
Test modes during emission tests:
1. Movement mode (battery). Actuator running in/out
2. Charging mode, actuator not running.

Conducted and radiated RF emission CISPR 11 Group 1 (the product uses RF energy only for its internal
function)
Class B (the product is suitable for use in all
establishments, including domestic establishments and
those directly connected to the public low-voltage power
supply network that supplies buildings used for domestic
purposes)
Harmonic distortion
IEC 61000-3-2
Class A.
No testing performed, as the rated power for this
equipment is less than 75 W. No limits are specied for
equipment with a rated power of 75 W or less.
