Connect all cables before powering on, ensuring the unit switch is off. Connect USB to PC while PC is off.
Warm up the CompuTrainer unit by cycling for 5-10 minutes at a decent pace.
Calibrate the warmed-up unit by pedaling to 25mph and stopping when prompted. Adjust screw if needed.
Set calibration pressure (2.00-2.20lbs) using F3, then connect PC cable. Configure grade settings for various conditions.
Load CompuTrainer 3D software, select display parameters, and add a new subject.
Create a course by adding road segments and a finish line. Start the test using F1 for countdown.
Save rider performance data from CompuTrainer 3D and export it to a file.
Open Wordpad, then navigate to the exported performance files to view the data.
