Off
When
left
unattended,
your
meter
automatically
turns
off
after
30
minutes. Press
any
button
to turn
the
meter
back
on
To
disable
the
auto
power
off
function:
1.
Turn off
your
meter.
2.
Pressand
hold
the
HOLD
and
SELECT
buttons
simultaneously,
then
turn
on
the
meter.
PLoc
appears
until
you
release
both buttons.
To
reactivate
the
auto
power
off
function,
turn
the
meter
off,
then
back
on.
Select
a
Function
and
Range
Each
position
on
the
function
dial
accesses
one
or
more
individual
functions.
To
select
a
function:
1.
Turn
the
function
dial
to
the
position
with
the
desired
function
2.
Press
SELECT
to
toggle
between
the
functions
in
each
position.
The
unit
of
measure
that
appears
on
the
display
shows
the
currently
set
range.
3.
Press
RANGE
repeatedly
to
select
a
range.
Note
the
position
of
the
decimal:
IF8.000V
appears.
the
meter
is
set
to
measure
less
than
4
volts.
IF3380V
appears,
the
meter
is
set
to
measure
up
to 1000
volts.
