      Jaclyn AndersonAug 5, 2025
If your Radio Shack Keyboard isn't producing any sound, even when you press the keys, here's what to check: * Ensure the keyboard isn't automatically turned off by setting the MODE to OFF and then ON. * Increase the volume by repeatedly pressing the MAIN VOLUME button. * Disconnect any headphones that are plugged in. * Check the power supply: verify the battery symbols (+/–) are correctly oriented, the batteries are fresh, and the AC or DC adapter is properly connected. * If the MODE is set to FINGERED, switch to NORMAL or CONCERT CHORD. Alternatively, press 3 or 4 keys to form a chord in FINGERED mode. * Also, check the connection.
