2 . Functional Description and purpose.
Electric trimmer is a handheld power tool with insulation second grade. It is powered by a single-phase commutator motor with

3 . Assembling the components of the electric grass trimmer and commissioning.
Some parts of the trimmer is dismantled to reduce the volume of the container during transportation
3.1. Mounting the protective cover
Attach the protective cover (7) on the basis of the trimmer, making use of set
screws and screwdriver, as it was shown in Figure A
Attention! Never use the trimmer without rst placing protective cover.
3.2. Start the trimmer
If the trimmer is used for the rst time, check that the string touches or passes
the cover.
The cord should be cut automatically at the position that is allocated a maximum
(outside the protective cover). To achieve the required length of the cord, hold the
button, as it was shown in Figure B, and C.
Long grass must be mowed in layers as shown in g. D
