*NOTE: Do not over-tighten Ship's Wheel, or it will not rotate freely.
2. Attach Telescope Base

to Top Joist with Swing Holes

using Hardware found in
Telescope Bag.
*NOTE: Do not over-tighten Telescope Base. Base should swivel.
3. Snap Telescope
(N19)
into Telescope Base.
