3. Network Access: To access the device, users need to connect it to a PC via an Ethernet cable. The PC's IP address should be configured within the same subnet as the device (e.g., 192.168.1.X, where X is between 2 and 254, with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0). Users can then open a web browser, type "http://192.168.1.1" into the address bar, and press Enter to access the Web login interface. The default username is "telecomadmin" and the password is "q!w@e#".

The device features several LED indicators to provide status information:

• Power LED (Green): Indicates normal power supply (green) or power off/abnormal (off).
• PON Registration LED (Green): Shows registration status (green for complete, blinking green for ongoing, off for incomplete).
• Ethernet Interface Status LED (Green): Indicates proper Ethernet interface operation (green) or data transmission (blinking green).
• Optical Power LED (Red): Blinks red if the Rx optical power of the PON interface is smaller than Rx sensitivity, and is off if the Rx optical power is normal.

• Users must avoid staring into the optical interface or fiber end face to prevent eye injury.

Other Precautions:

• In case of abnormalities like smoking, abnormal sounds, or peculiar smells, the device should be immediately powered off, all cables disconnected, and Raisecom technical support contacted.
• No objects (especially metal) should be allowed to enter the device through heat dissipation holes.
• The device shell should not be scraped or abraded to prevent malfunction or human allergy.
• Children should not be allowed to play with the device or its components to avoid hazards.

Troubleshooting (FAQ):

The manual provides guidance for common issues:

• Power LED off: Check if the POWER button is pressed, if the correct power adapter is used, and if connections are firm. Verify the adapter's output voltage (12 V).
• PON LED off: Check if the fiber is working properly, connected correctly, and clean. Verify optical attenuation and LOID matching with the OLT.
• LOS LED blinking: Check if the fiber connector is properly inserted and clean.
• LAN LED off: Check if the Ethernet cable meets standards and is properly connected. Verify if the Network Interface Card (NIC) LED is lit. If the NIC is not working, check its status in Device Manager, reinstall drivers, or try another slot/NIC.
