4.4 Montaggio della piattaforma
4.4.1 Versioni con traverse monolitiche
Con riferimento alla figura 8:
- Posizionare le due traverse (1) e (2) utilizzando come appoggi
4 cavalletti alti circa 60-70 cm.
La traversa (1) dotata dei fori per il fissaggio della camma
finecorsa deve essere sistemata dalla parte in cui andrà
montata la colonna comandi. Liberare le funi (3-4-5-6), il tubo
di recupero olio dalla pedana fissa (10) ed il tubo
pneumatico.
- Posizionare la pedana fissa (10) sulle due traverse,
mantenendola sollevata dalle stesse di circa 2 cm. Smontare
le viti antiscarrucolamento (11) e (12).
Posizionare le funi all’interno delle testate delle traverse,
alloggiandole nelle gole delle pulegge. Rimontare le viti
antiscarrucolamento (11) e i dadi (12).
Svolgere i cavi elettrici e pneumatici collocati nelle traverse
(1),(2) e inserirli nella pedana fissa (10).
- Appoggiare la pedana fissa (10) sulle traverse controllando il
parallelismo di queste ultime, centrare i fori e fissarla.
- Appoggiare sulle traverse la pedana mobile (9).

- Montare gli arresti pedana (13).
4.4 Platform installation
4.4.1 Versions provided with monobloc cross members
With reference to figure 8:
- Position the two cross-bars (1) and (2) using four stands
about 60-70 cm high.

- Установите стационарную платформу (10) на ригели,
убедитесь, что ригели параллельны, состекуйте отверстия
и закрепите.
- Установите подвижную платформу (9) на ригели.
