4.8 Collegamento impianto pneumatico
4.8.1 Versioni con traverse monolitiche
Con riferimento alla figura 14:
- Collegare i tratti di tubo B e C presenti all'interno delle
traverse (2) ai rispettivi raccordi.
- Inserire il tratto di tubo A, proveniente dal raccordo (3),
all'interno della guaina (1) e collegarlo all'elettrovalvola EV3
posta sulla centralina; utilizzare le fascette in dotazione per
fissare il tubo ai restanti cavi presenti all'interno della guaina
(1).
- Bloccare la guaina (1) sul tubo (4) della pedana fissa tramite
la fascetta (5).
- Alimentare aria compressa alla elettrovalvola EV3.
L'ARIA DEVE ESSERE FILTRATA E REGOLATA AD UNA
PRESSIONE COMPRESA TRA 6 E 12 BAR.

4.8 Connecting the pneumatic system
4.8.1 Versions provided with monobloc cross members
With reference to figure 14:
- Connect the tube sections B and C into the cross bars (2) with
their fittings.
- Insert hose section A, coming from fitting 3, in sheath 1 and
connect it to solenoid valve EV3 on the control unit; use
supplied clamps to secure the hose to the other cables inside
sheath 1.
- Clamp sheath (1) on fixed platform pipe (4) using tie (5).
- Supply compressed air to solenoid valve EV3.
AIR MUST BE FILTERED AND SET TO A PRESSURE
BETWEEN 6 AND 12 BAR.

4.8 Verbindung der Pneumatikanlage
4.8.1 Versionen mit einteiligen Querbalken
Mit Bezug auf Abbildung 14:
- Die in den Querverbindungen (2) vorhandenen
Schlauchabschnitte B und C mit den entsprechenden
Verbindungstücken verbinden.
- Den Abschnitt der Leitung A, die vom Anschluss 3 wegführt,
in die Ummantelung 1 einfügen, dann das Elektroventil EV3
an der Zentrale anschließen; die mitgeleiferten Schellen für
die Befestigung der Leitung an die anderen in der
Ummaltelung 1 vorhandenen Kabel verwenden.
- Die Ummantelung (1) mit der Schelle (5) an der Leitung (4)
der Plattform fixieren.
- Das Elektroventil EV3 mit Druckluft beaufschlagen.
DIE LUFT MUSS GEFILTERT SEIN UND AUF EINEN
DRUCK ZWISCHEN 6 UND 12 BAR REGULIERT WERDEN.

4.8 Raccordement système pneumatique
4.8.1 Versions avec poutres monolithiques
En référence à la figure 14:
- Raccorder les portions de tuyaux B et C présents à l’intérieur
des traverses (2) aux raccords respectifs.
- Introduire la partie de tuyau A, provenant du raccord 3,
à l’intérieur de la gaine 1 et la relier à l’électrovanne EV3
située sur la centrale; utiliser les colliers serre-flex livrés pour
fixer le tuyau aux autres câbles à l’intérieur de la gaine 1.
- Bloquer la gaine (1) sur le tuyau (4) de la plate-forme fixe
à l’aide du collier serre-flex (5).
- Ouvrir l’air comprimé pour l’électrovanne EV3.
L’AIR DOIT ETRE FILTRE ET REGLE A UNE PRESSION
ENTRE 6 ET 12 BARS.

4.8 Подключение пневматической системы
4.8.1 Версии с моноблочными поперечинами
Со ссылкой на Рис. 14:
- Подключите трубки B и C, расположенные в поперечинах
(2), к фиттингам.
- Вставьте конец трубки A, выходящий из фиттинга 3, в
защитную оболочку 1 и подключите его к
электромагнитному клапану EV3 на блоке управления;
Используйте поставляемые в комплекте хомуты для
обеспечения шланга к другим кабелям внутри защитной
оболочки 1.
- Зажмите защитную оболочку (1) на трубке (4) на
платформе с помощью зажима (5).

- Подать сжатый воздух на электромагнитный клапан EV3.
ВОЗДУХ ДОЛЖЕН БЫТЬ ОТФИЛЬТРОВАН И
УСТАНОВЛЕН ДО ДАВЛЕНИЯ ОТ 6 ДО 12 БАР.
