In the event of a power failure, you can
open or close the door manually. Pull the
cord that is attached to the rider in the rail
to release the brake. When the power comes
back on, you can use the door opener
normally again.

The surfaces of the door opener must be
brushed down or wiped with a well-wrung
cloth.
If the door starts to make abnormal,
squeaking or rattling noises, lubricate all
moving parts and, if necessary, tighten the
chain.
If you have switched the maintenance
signal on, the door opener will emit a sound
signal after approximately 2000 openings
to remind you that all moving parts must be
lubricated.

1) The chain runs in the rail, but the door
does not move.
The brake on the rider has been
released. Engage the brake.
2) The door is not functioning normally,
and “H” is showing on the display.
The motor has been affected by damp.
Have the motor dried by an expert.
3) The door jerks or stops suddenly, and “F”
appears on the display.
The door has encountered an obstacle.
Remove the obstacle, and let the door
run a full cycle (right up, right down,
right up) to get it back to normal
operation.
