Theautopilotfunctionprovidesalarmstoalertyoutosituations
thatrequireaction.
Yourmultifunctiondisplayshowsautopilotalarms,regardlessof
whetherthereisactivenavigationonthesystem.Ifautopilot
controlisenabled,andanalarmisraisedbytheautopilot,the
multifunctiondisplayprovidesanaudiblealarmsound(providing
thatthealarmhasnotalreadybeensilenced).ThePilotControl
dialogisdisplayed,indicatinganewalarm.Additionally,the
autopilotstatusiconisdisplayedinred,andremainsreduntil
thealarmiscleared.
Silencingautopilotalarms
1.SelectDismiss.
Thealarmissilencedandtheautopilotremainsengagedin
automode,continuingonthecurrentlockedheading.
2.SelectAuto.
Thealarmissilencedandtheautopilotremainsengagedin
automode,continuingonthecurrentlockedheading.
3.SelectTrack.
Thealarmissilencedandtheautopilot'tracks'tothenext
waypoint.
Silencingautopilotalarmsanddisengaging
autopilot
1.SelectSTANDBY.
Thealarmissilenced,andtheautopilotisdisengagedandput
instandbymode.
