Next, ensure the Stop Button input (terminals 3 & 5) is properly wired and the stop button isn't stuck. Also, check that all buttons on the 3-button control station are moving freely. Verify the jumper is located at terminals 3 & 4 if an interlock isn't present, or that the interlock is properly wired and not activated if one is present. Allow the motor to cool and retry in case of a motor overload. As well, try closing by holding the CLOSE button for more than 5 seconds to check for accessory failure; inspect the accessory for wiring, polarity, connections, or damage.
